I saw it again on 5 Jul. Handphone shot. Regardless, it was making itself comfy here.

On 26 Jul, a bat decided to appear on the grass patch during midday!

I saw a Collared Kingfisher flew up from a spot near the walkway, and surprise surprise at the particular spot, I saw this skink with a drop of blood on its head. Was it whacked by the kingfisher?
