After lunch, I went back to the old Sungei Buloh and saw Tailless, the huge Estuarine Crocodile, taking an afternoon dip.


A smaller Estuarine Crocodile was basking on the mudflat, while a Milky Stork kept its distance.

Here's a pair of Oval St Andrew's Cross Spiders A. aemula - the male is the tiny one.


Here's a jumping spider Hyllus diardi.


Another jumping spider Epocilla praetextata (one white stripe on the face compared to two for the more common E. calcarata).


Oriental Blue Dasher - a blue dragonfly with brown thorax sides.


Grenadier - a dragonfly with red abdomen top, black abdomen bottom and black tail.


Male Common Bluetail - a damselfly with black-and-green thorax and blue tail.
