Started the day's birding at the old Sungei Buloh with Danny, Con and friend, while JS did his survey at the new Sungei Buloh.

Nothing much going on, so here's a Cotton Stainer Bug Dysdercus decussatus nymph.

At Neo Tiew Harvest Lane, this elusive White-browed Crake was making an escape.

Finally, a short 30-mins at Lim Chu Kang Lane 3, didn't come up with much in terms of birds, but it was all about the insects and spider.

The African Coromandel is a magnet for butterflies.

This Black-kneed Meadow Katydid is an adult. The nymph is all red.
