Sungei Pandan 06Nov18

From KH

I've not been to this area before, so when a skylark was reported since 3 Nov here, I decided to make my way there.

Sure enough this juvenile Eurasian Skylark was still around - first record for Singapore.

Other migrants present included these Brown Shrikes.

Migrant Blue-tailed Bee-eater making friends with resident White-throated Kingfisher.

While Common Sandpipers hung around together.

One of two migrant Intermediate Egrets here.

This resident Grey Heron looked on as a Water Monitor swam by.

This Brahminy Kite come close for some shots.

On the way out, a thermalling flock of Painted Storks, Milky Storks, and their hybrids.
