Turf City, Seletar East 06Dec20

From KH

It's back to Turf City to try for cheeky starling, but it wasn't there.

There was a fruiting tree that attracted other birds though, such this Daurian Starling and this Straw-headed Bulbul.

And this Black-naped Oriole and this Coppersmith Barbet.

Why did the chicken cross the road with her brood?

Turf City, Marina East, Botanic Gardens 05Dec20

From KH

When news of Chestnut-cheeked Starling at Turf City broke, Con, Danny and I went looking for it, while JS went to Kranji Marsh. Then news of jacana at Marina East came and we left for it. JS arrived after we left and got the starling! ebird checklist

Oh well, at least we got the Pheasant-tailed Jacana at Marina East. ebird checklist

So it's back to Turf City, but the bird is nowhere to be found. We only got Daurian and Asian Glossy Starlings. ebird checklist

After lunch, we continued waiting for the starling, but no luck. ebird checklist

While the rest left, I went SBG for the male Narcissus Flycatcher that the rest have seen the last few days there. ebird checklist
