News of the 5th record of Red-billed Starling in Singapore broke and the whole birding fratenity fell in on Loewen Road near Ice-cream Museum! Previous records were all one-day birds, this one stayed until 6 Jan 2023, a whooping 12 days!

Spot the odd one out among Javan Mynas.

This the second time I see those upperwing coverts activated for a smooth landing. Previous time was a CHE.

Other interesting birds while waiting for the star bird: Grey Nightjar and immature pale Changeable Hawk-Eagle.
