Someone released a Mandarin Duck in Hougang!?
It seemed to enjoy the company of egrets and herons.
Cattle Egret. Intermediate Egret
Little Egret
Adult Striated Heron
Juvenile Striated Heron with funky hairstyle
As well as Common Sandpiper.
And Zebra Dove.
Fishes, like this Peacock Basses was not bothered either.
Other fishes also enjoyed the canal.
Common Mollies.
Along the walkway, Striped Albatross enjoyed sipping Tridax Daisy nectar.
