Wallace Education Centre 29-30Nov17

Following reports of rare flycatchers at Wallace Education Centre, we made our way there separately with varying success.
From Con on 29 and 30 Nov

Female Narcissus Flycatcher. First winter Zappey's Flycatcher

From KH on 30 Nov
I went after work to tick off the Narcissus Flycatcher, and I'm glad I did, as the bird was not seen again subsequently. Apparently, the bird was first seen on 28 Nov.

A rufous morph Oriental Scops-owl first sighted today was also present. Siberian Thrushes, both male and female, were present too. I dipped on the Zappey's Flycatcher though.
