While visiting a friend, I dropped by Pasir Ris Park around 5.30 pm. An adult male Tiger Shrike was seen at the edge of the mangroves, next to the pathway from car park C to the 1st boardwalk on the right. April is possibly the best time to see a Tiger Shrike in adult plumage.
