Went to Poyan and CCK this morning to look for Jerdon, anniversary of my first sighting in 2006. Construction was heavy going with never ending trucks rolling across the favorite pond, hence did not try to approach the area and remained to the finge areas. No luck with raptors, only noteworthy bird was a Chestnut-winged Cuckoo. This bird only active after 9.30 am around the footpath just beyond the entrance trail. When I left it was still around.
