I could watch the WBSE around Fort Canning Park before heavy rain in the morning of 14 Nov.
I could watch it 2 times. At first it was flying over the Park. Next it was on the middle of the tower.
I hope WBSEs try to breed there again.
In Japan, many winter migraters already came from Siberia.
