Lorong Halus 30Sep20

From KH

I spent an afternoon hour at Lorong Halus Wetland, and saw a couple of Oriental Honey-Buzzards thermalling high up.

A pretty Slender Green-winged Grasshopper Aiolopus thalassinus.

A skipper butterfly called Malayan Swift.

A dragonfly called Dancing Dropwing.

And a drama unfolding. A Heavy Jumper Hyllus semicupreus was stalking a lynx spider Oxyopes. I observed it slowly inching forward, but didn't stay to see the ending.
