SBG, Tuas 19Oct19

From KH

A Black-naped Monarch was reported at the Singapore Botanic Gardens near Symphony Lake. Con, CH and I went for the bird and was not disappointed. JS has seen this species on Pulau Tekong, while Danny and GC were at Taiwan Bird Fair.
